Location: Biyasi Valli village, Jhudangu Gram Panchayat, Nainidanda Block.
Project: Construction of an interlocking pathway to the Maa Bungi Devi Temple. The temple, located 3 km uphill, was difficult to access, especially for the annual festival. The work was completed between December 2, 2023, and January 26, 2024.
Impact: The new path has significantly improved accessibility, cleanliness, and safety for devotees and local women. The project successfully navigated the challenge of transporting materials uphill.
Financials: Completed with a sanctioned amount of ₹5.00 lakh, the project generated 323 man-days of employment for 20 unskilled and 3 skilled laborers.

Location: Kamedi Gram Panchayat, Pokhra Block.
Project: Conservation of traditional water sources and development of a water storage facility to address acute water scarcity during summers. The project was executed between November 9, 2023, and March 4, 2024.
Impact: Before the project, 48 families received piped water for only one hour a day. Now, they have access to water throughout the day, providing significant relief.
Financials: The total project cost was ₹2.50 lakh, achieved through convergence between MGNREGA (₹1.50 lakh) and the 15th Finance Commission (FFC) Tide Fund (₹1.00 lakh). It created 261 man-days of employment.

Location: Sukai Gram Panchayat, Bironkhal Block.
Project: Construction of a protection wall following heavy rains on May 22, 2024, which damaged agricultural land and public paths. The work was carried out from July 4, 2024, to August 6, 2024.
Impact: The wall has successfully prevented soil erosion and now channels water from the overflowing stream away from the fields. This has protected and restored damaged agricultural land, allowing villagers to resume farming securely.
Financials: The project was completed at a cost of ₹2 lakh under MGNREGA, generating 337 man-days for 13 laborers.
