Mukhiya Mantri Palayan Roktham Yojna(MPRY)

The main objective of the scheme is to stop migration and promote reverse migration through necessary financial assistance under this scheme in the form of gap filling and various departmental schemes currently being implemented to provide self-employment to the families/unemployed youth/reverse migrants etc. residing in 474 villages affected up to 50 percent by the Migration and Rural Development Commission. Under the scheme, priority will be given to self-employment oriented/skill development schemes related to agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry. The scheme is being implemented from September 11, 2020.

Beneficiary:

Families, unemployed youth, and reverse migrants in 474 migration-affected villages.

Financial assistance, self-employment support, and skill development in agriculture, horticulture, and animal husbandry.
