    • Transportation guidance

    Impact:

    • Direct producer-to-consumer model

    • Women entrepreneurs upskilled in branding, value addition

    2️⃣ Women-Led Adventure Tourism (Bhatwari Block)

    Implemented by: Gramothan, SRLM, Maa Ganga Cooperative

    Features:

    • Women trekking guides, porters, and cooks

    • Agri-tourism with farming, fishery, beekeeping, poultry

    • Eco-tourism spots like Kush Kalyan, Dayra Bugyal, Dodital

    Impact:

    • ₹24 lakh project fund (CMBADP)

    • Benefitted 106 households

    • 22 women trained in Yoga, cooking, trekking

    • Income for 20+ women

    • Promoted local arts and ecological sustainability

    3️⃣ Dairy Value Chain Convergence

    Partners: USRLM / REAP / MNREGA / Himotthan

    Results:

    • ₹2.15 Cr milk turnover via CLF

    • Employment for 08 women

    • Market support for 540 households in 14 villages

    • Infrastructure:

      • 8 milk collection centers

      • Milk van, lactometers, chillers, outlets in markets

      • 60 cattle sheds, 60 charanadhs (fodder troughs)

    4️⃣ Seabuckthorn Value Chain Development

    Objective:
    To harness Seabuckthorn’s health properties and economic potential.

    Details:

    • Area: Ganga, Yamuna, Tons Valleys (3000m+)

    • Project Cost: ₹102 lakh

    • Timeframe: 3 years

    • Output: Products like beverages, herbal tea, oils, jams

    • Estimated Market Growth: USD 786.2M (2023) → USD 1,669.1M (2031)

    5️⃣ Commercial Strawberry & Orchard Cultivation

    Bharkot GP (Chinyalisaur Block):

    • Cost: ₹3 lakh

    • REAP: ₹0.75 lakh

    • Bank Loan: ₹1.5 lakh

    Margaon Village:

    • 17 SHGs

    • Lemon (1800) & Mango (551) plants with drip irrigation

    • Supported by MGNREGA, HIMMOTHAN, NRLM

    6️⃣ Anganwadi & Gram Panchayat Infrastructure (Bhatwari Block)

    • Syaba GP: ₹6 lakh (MGNREGA)

    • Dilsaur GP: ₹4 lakh (MGNREGA)

    • Basunga GP Anganwadi: ₹12 lakh (₹8 lakh MGNREGA + ₹4 lakh Department)
